At Charm City Concierge we love Halloween! In fact, this year some of our concierge even dressed as the office buildings they work in for our Halloween get-together! Unfortunately, given the fact that we always see our clients at work, we rarely get to see the great Halloween costumes, so we are having a photo contest!!
