Cranberry Pesto Flat Bread
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
*Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush the naan bread with pesto. Make sure to leave about an ½’’ border. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and just starting to become golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle on the dried cranberries. Put the flat bread back into the oven and heat until the cheese is a nice golden brown color. Once the flat bread is done cooking grate fresh lemon over the top. Cut, serve and enjoy!!
