Charm City Concierge was honored to have sponsored the 2nd Annual Maryland JDRF Real Estate Games on Friday, October 7th. We have been a big supporter of the DC games for the past 5 years and were excited for the opportunity to support the Maryland chapter as well.
The JDRF Real Estate Games is a fundraiser sponsored by the Baltimore area real estate community. JDRF Maryland and members of the commercial real estate industry have joined together to find a cure for type 1 diabetes. This was only the second year for the Maryland games and the event was a huge success. There were 200 participants in 14 different events. Events ranged from Dodge Ball, Tennis, Volleyball and Basketball for all the athletes, to Wii Bowling & Boxing, Obstacle Course and Office Chair Hockey for those less athletically inclined! There was something for everyone and the companies and their employees gave it their all. How could you not when you are spending your Friday outside on a beautiful fall day for a great cause!?
We had a wonderful time and are happy to report that the event raised $30,000!
