Weekend Happenings MD: March 20th-22nd

Today is the first official day of spring (even though you can’t tell with the snow!), and with that we are looking forward to warmer weather and outdoor events like the National Cherry Blossom Festival!

5th Annual Oyster Roast & Sock Burning annapolis oyster roast

People’s Choice & General Admission: $55 (plus service fee)
Come out and enjoy an oyster feast! Festivities begin with the annual sock burning and go on to include live music, shucking and cooking demonstrations, and an oyster shucking contest.

Come out and participate in different craft projects and activities.  There will also be live art demonstrations taking place. Great for kids and adults!

Fridays After Five
National Aquarium

Time: Now thru March 27th
Cost: $12
Head over to the National Aquarium on Friday night after 5pm for discounted admission but the same amazing experience. The last entry time is 8pm and exhibits are open until 9:30pm. Buy your tickets online or on-site.
