Check out these delicious AND healthy ways to enjoy chia seeds as pudding. Soaked in milk, cocoa powder, peanut butter, and other sweet spices they turn into a tapioca-like substance that is delicious and filling.

Just mix chia seeds with milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, a dash of salt and cinnamon, and let sit overnight before sweetening with maple syrup before eating. Add bananas or nuts before enjoying for an addicting breakfast or dessert!
